The terms for purchasing and using the Ecom Launch Kit digital resources. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.

1. Who these terms apply to
These terms cover the Ecom Launch Kit website and the digital ecommerce product offered through it. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to YourShopPlanet, the Netherlands-based business providing Ecom Launch Kit. “You” refers to the purchaser or user.

For purchases through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and is the seller of record for the payment transaction, handling checkout, applicable sales taxes/VAT, payment processing and transaction administration. The applicable Lemon Squeezy checkout terms also apply to that transaction. These terms govern use of our product and our product-support obligations; they do not limit rights against the merchant of record.
2. The digital product and delivery
Ecom Launch Kit is a set of practical resources for researching, pricing, preparing and launching an ecommerce store. The Complete Bundle includes the Product Research Toolkit, Profit & Pricing Calculator, 100 AI E-commerce Prompts, Product Page Blueprint, 30-Day Launch Plan and Store Launch Checklist. The product description at the time of purchase determines what you receive.
The product is an instant digital download; no physical goods are shipped. Once payment is successfully completed, access is provided through the checkout or order-confirmation download instructions. If access is missing or a file cannot be opened, contact support with your order details. Check the stated formats and compatibility requirements before purchasing. Statutory rights concerning supply, conformity and necessary updates remain unaffected.
3. Prices, payment and checkout
The checkout shows the final price, currency and any applicable tax before you place a paid order. Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy, subject to its accepted payment methods and checkout terms. The advertised Complete Bundle is a one-time purchase. No recurring payment is authorised merely by buying this bundle.
Supply follows successful payment. If an order contains an error or you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact support or use the assistance offered in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
4. Licence and permitted use
Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased resources for your own personal activities or your own business. You may adapt templates and use resulting work in your own ecommerce store. Keep reasonable backup copies for your own use.
You must not resell, sublicense, share publicly, distribute or give away the source files or substantial copies of the resources; upload them to file-sharing services; remove ownership notices; or present the resources themselves as your own product. This restriction does not prevent lawful use of outputs you create for your own store or any use that mandatory law allows. Separate third-party services, software and AI tools remain subject to their own terms.
5. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the product remain with YourShopPlanet or the relevant rights holders. Purchasing the kit grants the licence above; it does not transfer ownership of the source resources or brand. You retain rights in your own original content. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. No business-results guarantee
No revenue, profit, sales, income or business results are guaranteed. The kit provides educational and practical planning resources, not a promise of earnings, a proven investment return or personalised legal, tax, financial or business advice.
Examples, prompts, calculations and plans are starting points. Check assumptions and outputs, including AI-generated material, before relying on them. Outcomes depend on factors such as your decisions, execution, costs, demand and market conditions. This statement does not reduce our obligations to supply digital content that conforms to the contract.
7. Refunds and consumer remedies
Our Refund Policy explains requests for digital downloads. Once content has been accessed or downloaded, discretionary change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided, subject always to your statutory withdrawal rights, rights for defective or non-conforming content, and any rights or refunds available through Lemon Squeezy.
If digital content is not supplied, is incorrect, defective or does not conform to what was agreed, you may be entitled to supply or correction without charge and, where the legal conditions are met, a proportionate price reduction or termination and refund. An access or download record does not remove these rights.
8. EU/EEA digital-content withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract, starting when the contract is concluded, subject to applicable national law. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right can end when supply begins during the withdrawal period only if you have first expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged that you will lose the withdrawal right when supply begins, and received the legally required contract confirmation, including that consent and acknowledgement, on a durable medium such as email.
For purchases through Lemon Squeezy, its Buyer Terms provide for consent to immediate performance of immediately supplied digital content and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost once download or transmission begins. Agreeing to these terms, paying, opening a link or downloading alone is not a substitute for those requirements. If the required conditions have not been met, your applicable withdrawal rights remain. To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision through the support contact or the contact provided in your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form but are not required to do so. Where a withdrawal refund is due, it is processed within the period required by law, generally within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed.
9. Responsibility and mandatory protections
You are responsible for your own business decisions and lawful use of the resources. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your business decisions or reliance on unverified assumptions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections or liability for intentional wrongdoing.
No disclaimer overrides the product description, mandatory conformity requirements, statutory remedies or other rights that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law, changes and contact
These product-use terms are governed by Netherlands law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your habitual residence where those protections apply. You retain any right to bring proceedings in a competent court under applicable consumer and jurisdiction rules.
