Refund Policy
Clear guidance for instant digital downloads, withdrawal rights and help if your files are missing or defective.

1. Instant digital delivery
Ecom Launch Kit is supplied as digital content, with download access after successful payment. No physical product is shipped. Please review the product description, included resources and any stated compatibility requirements before ordering.
2. General refund approach
After digital content has been accessed or downloaded, discretionary change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided. This is subject to all mandatory consumer rights, including any valid withdrawal right and remedies for missing, incorrect, defective or non-conforming digital content. Accessing or downloading never removes statutory rights on its own.
A change in business plans or disappointing business results does not by itself create a discretionary refund entitlement. The kit does not guarantee revenue, profit, sales or business outcomes. This does not excuse failure to supply the promised content or override legally required refunds.
3. EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw, subject to applicable national law. For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right can end when supply begins within that period only after you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of your withdrawal right, and received the legally required contract confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium such as email.
For purchases through Lemon Squeezy, its Buyer Terms provide for consent to immediate performance of immediately supplied digital content and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost once download or transmission begins. The required express consent, acknowledgement and durable-medium contract confirmation must still be validly obtained. Payment or downloading alone does not replace these requirements. If the legal conditions have not been fulfilled, applicable withdrawal rights remain and this policy does not limit them.
To exercise a withdrawal right, send a clear statement of your decision and order details to the support contact or the contact in your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation before the applicable deadline. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form, but this is optional. Where a withdrawal refund is required, it is processed within the statutory period, generally within 14 days after notice, to the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed.
4. Missing access, incorrect files and defects
Contact us if you have not received access, a download link fails, the wrong files were supplied, a file is corrupted, or the content does not conform to what was agreed. Include your order reference, purchase email, affected resource and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details or passwords.
We will investigate and provide access, corrected files or another appropriate remedy without charge where required. Consumers may be entitled to correction within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, or to a proportionate price reduction or termination and refund when the legal conditions are met. Serious defects or a failure to supply may give rise to additional rights under applicable law.
No short reporting deadline, blanket no-refund rule or requirement to attempt repeated downloads is imposed to remove mandatory rights. You do not lose remedies for defective content simply because you have opened or downloaded it.
5. Lemon Squeezy and refund processing
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout. Approved or legally required payment refunds are administered through its transaction systems. You can also raise payment or refund questions using the help options in your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation.
Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds under its own applicable policies, including at its discretion to address chargebacks. This page does not restrict those policies or your rights against the merchant of record. Refund processing and the time a credit appears can depend on your payment provider. Where a contract is withdrawn or terminated, discontinue use of the refunded content as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under Netherlands law, applicable EU/EEA consumer law or other mandatory law applying to your purchase. Where a mandatory right conflicts with this policy, that right takes priority.
