Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. It processes transaction data under its own privacy information and may act as an independent controller for payment, tax and fraud-prevention purposes, and as a processor where applicable to the service.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, order reference and any relevant attachments. Purchase information may be received from Lemon Squeezy, including the purchaser’s name and email, order identifier, product purchased, payment status and transaction details needed for delivery and support.

Lemon Squeezy collects the billing and payment information needed for its checkout; full payment-card details are handled by the payment services rather than requested through our support contact.
